Yikes!!
HMDA data will make your company look guilty whether or not you are. Make sure to put compliance managements systems in place that clearly out-data the HMDA Data.
HMDA has a smaller data set and too many variables.
Remove the variables and you have verifiable results versus a hypothesis!
