The 2014 HMDA data has just been released and you can view it from the CFPB link below. For those of you in Fair Lending, this tool is very helpful, as it allows you to see data from the entire collection of mortgage loans versus just your own. This will then allow you to benchmark your performance against those in your markets.
The CFPB has gone to great lengths to make this information easily read, so I encourage you to play around with their tools. I certainly applaud their efforts, because previous to these visual interpretations it was tough data to get through!
