The CFPB just released their Fair Lending Report to Congress.
The document outlines the efforts they have made in the Fair Lending arena and of particular interest is the way that they select those who receive inquiries.
They place a high emphasis on complaints from many sources, not just clients so please note how they use this information and data to prioritize their resources.
Remember, the goal is a Compliance Management System and More Data than they have to demonstrate your adherence to and supervision of the Fair Lending Laws.
